1. Object
These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of the services offered on the obliquo.cloud website, owned by VOXEL 3D, SLU (hereinafter, VOXEL 3D, SLU).
The acquisition of any of the services entails the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated, without prejudice to the acceptance of the Specific Conditions that may be applicable when acquiring certain services.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is advisable to read their content carefully before proceeding with the acquisition of any of the services offered.

All notifications and communications between users and THE WEBSITE OWNER will be considered effective, for all purposes, when they are made by any of the means listed above.
4. Services
The services offered, together with their main characteristics and price, appear on the screen.
VOXEL 3D, SLU reserves the right to decide, at any time, the products and/or services offered to Clients. Thus, VOXEL 3D, SLU may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Likewise, VOXEL 3D, SLU reserves the right to withdraw or stop offering, at any time and without prior notice, any of the services offered.
Once inside obliquo.cloud, and in order to access the contracting of the different services, the User must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions set out in this document.
4. Availability and replacements
4.1. Services
VOXEL 3D, SLU intends to guarantee the availability of all services that are advertised through obliquo.cloud. However, in the event that any requested service is not available or if the service is out of stock, the customer will be informed at the email address provided by the customer in the purchase process as soon as possible.
For the provision of services, VOXEL 3D, SLU will provide access as follows: the user will be registered and the access codes to the Obliquo platform will be sent within 24 hours to the e-mail address indicated in the invoicing data.
VOXEL 3D, SLU shall not be liable for any damages that may be caused to the USER as a result of faults or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the obliquo.cloud service during the provision of the same.
5. Purchasing and/or contracting process
To make any purchase on obliquo.cloud, the customer must be of legal age.
**The steps to follow to make a purchase are as follows: **
1. Select the product you wish to purchase on the website https://obliquo.cloud/subscriptions.
2. Once the product has been selected in the shopping cart, click on the option to finalise the purchase.
3. Indication of all personal data.
4. Fill in all the necessary data for invoicing.
5. We accept the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
6. We make the payment according to the desired option.
It is also recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing the order, as well as the receipt sent by VOXEL 3D, S.L.U. by e-mail.
5.1 Invoicing
Together with your order, you will receive a corresponding invoice.
For this purpose, the customer consents to the invoice being sent to him in electronic form. The customer will receive it in the email address provided to complete the billing information. The customer may change the invoice format at any time by sending an e-mail to info@voxel3d.es.
6. Delivery
6.1. Delivery methods and deadlines
Once the customer has made the payment, the access codes to the Oblicuo platform will be sent within 24hrs to the email address indicated in the billing details. An access user will be assigned to access the platform.
7. Prices, charges and taxes
The prices of the services listed on obliquo.cloud shall be expressed in euros, unless otherwise stated, and shall be guaranteed for the duration of their validity, unless there is a printing error and whatever the destination of the order.
7.1. Products and services
The final prices of all services, (and where applicable, the final prices per unit of measurement, where mandatory) together with their characteristics, offers, discounts, etc., are reflected in each of the articles that appear in the obliquo.cloud catalogue.
The price of the service will be applied depending on the type of subscription.
- The products do not include VAT.
The VAT rate is 21% (except if they are addressed to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in which case, VAT will not be applied).
The taxes applicable to the service will vary depending on the country where the service is contracted.
The prices of the services may vary at any time. In this case, the price to be applied will be that in force on the date the order is placed. In any case, the final cost will be communicated to the customer in the electronic purchase process before the customer formalises acceptance.
8. Payment methods
8.1. By credit or debit card
You can pay immediately through the bank’s SSL secure payment gateway. If any refund or cancellation of the order is necessary, the amount will be reimbursed through the payment gateway we have contracted.
9. Return and cancellation policy
According to the regulations, the consumer and user will have the right to WITHDRAW from the contract for a maximum period of 14 calendar days without having to state the reason and without incurring any cost, except those provided for in art. 107.2 and 108 of RD1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the aforementioned text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
This right of withdrawal is not applicable to, among others:
- The supply of digital content that is not provided on a material support when the performance has begun.
In this regard, the customer consents to start accessing the digital content during the period of the right of withdrawal.
For this purpose, once the customer accesses the digital content with the credentials provided, the right of withdrawal is revoked.
The client will have a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the day of acquisition of access to the platform, for which they must inform VOXEL 3D, SLU of their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal, which they may do by filling in the form at the end of this document.
Withdrawal implies that VOXEL 3D, SLU will proceed to refund the amount already paid by the customer within a maximum period of 14 calendar days, following the same procedure chosen by the customer for payment.
VOXEL 3D, SLU will communicate to the consumer on a durable medium an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal.
Once we receive the request, we will contact the customer to inform him/her of the details of the return.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity of digital services
VOXEL 3D, SLU shall be liable for two years for any non-conformities that exist at the time of delivery or delivery and become apparent during the active subscription period to the Obliquo platform.

11. Liability and disclaimer
Voxel 3D, SLU may suspend, withdraw or cancel part or all of the services subject to contracting at any time and without prior notice. The foregoing provision shall not affect those services that are reserved for registered users or which are subject to prior contracting and which shall be governed by their specific conditions.
If the digital content or services are not in conformity with the contract, the consumer or user shall be entitled to demand that they be brought into conformity.

13. Applicable law
The present conditions shall be governed by the Spanish legislation in force.
The language used shall be Spanish.
